Piney Orchard is a Planned Community in Anne Arundel County, Maryland. Our Community Features Singles, Towns, Condos and Apartments. A "Mixed Use" Community, a significant number of acres are zoned for light commercial and industrial use. Now 10 Years old, the community seems to be more than half completed and a few thousand families call Piney Orchard home.
